We tried this casino in demo mode (free play, without depositing), read its terms and checked its licence on the regulator's register; we did not deposit, withdraw or write to support, so what follows about payments and service comes from the operator's own documents and from public sources.
From Spin Palace to Spin Casino: the renaming of 2019
Spin Palace opened in 2001, the operator says, within what the trade called Palace Group, since merged with Jackpot City, Gaming Club and Ruby Fortune under shared operating companies. In 2019 the name became Spin Casino, and the "mobile-first" label worn since then is the mark of that redesign, which moved the catalogue from the installed client of the first years to the browser of a phone.
A renaming can hide a change of owner, and this one did not: the page names Bayton Ltd of Malta as the operating company, a name that the "public register" of the Malta Gaming Authority (online, free) confirms. The footer served to a reader in Europe names a second company, Baytree Interactive Ltd of Guernsey (number 69691), with Kahnawake licence 01059, issued according to that footer on 26 August 2026.
Two companies for one brand is how this stable works, each holding the licence for the markets that it serves, and a reader who meets one name here and another in the footer has met the same house twice! The name to type into the register is the one in your footer, which changes with the country as our page does not.
Malta for some countries, Kahnawake for others
The Maltese licence declared on the page is the stronger of the two: under it the player's money sits in accounts separate from the company's, the games carry a "certified" label from an MGA-approved laboratory, and a complaint the casino has not settled goes on to the regulator's "player support" unit. Kahnawake (a Mohawk territory outside Montreal) has been home to gaming servers since 1999, and its Gaming Commission receives disputes through a form on its site.
Which of the two is yours is settled by the country you connect from, and the footer says so: from this side of the Atlantic it shows Kahnawake alone, and a reader elsewhere may see Malta. Where neither covers your country, the markets box below is written for you, because checking the local law is the player's task, not the casino's.
The eCOGRA seal and the "128-bit SSL" encryption that the site advertises vouch for the games, the payout reports and the connection, not for the generosity of the terms. The tools of responsible gambling (deposit limits, time-outs, self-exclusion) sit in the account settings, where they wait for the player who switches them on.
Seventy spins on Mega Mustang for one dollar
The door our link opens costs a dollar: in October 2026 a first deposit of $1 buys seventy "free spins" on the slot Mega Mustang, credited at the minimum stake, while the ordinary welcome bonus follows on the deposits after it. What the spins win is "bonus money", to which the published "wagering" (the bets that must be placed before a withdrawal can be asked for) applies as to any bonus.
Not every country is served with the spins. A player whose region is excluded is shown the ordinary welcome bonus instead, so that whoever comes through our link and finds no spins has been excluded by the terms rather than misled by the casino. The registration screen prevails over this page and over any other.
Ad disclosure: some casino links are affiliate links; we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. It never affects our ratings. 18+.
Markets: the operators listed on our pages address the international, non-regulated market and do not hold a licence in every country from which our readers arrive: before registering, it is the player's responsibility to check that the law of the country in which he or she is located allows playing with that operator.
Welcome bonus breakdown
Type: Match bonus
Applies: Where special N/A
Terms: See on site
Code: NO CODE
Terms and game weighting apply to both offers; amounts and currencies differ by region and can change, and the terms on the operator's site are the ones in force. A player in a country where the 70-spin offer is not served is shown the standard welcome bonus.
The thousand dollars that follow, and the multiple to look for
The ordinary welcome bonus, as the operator's page printed it in October 2026, is a "match" of 100 per cent on each of the first three deposits: up to $400 on the first, up to $300 on the second and third, $1,000 in all. The minimum deposit is $10, and the first deposit also starts ten daily spins on a game whose jackpot the operator presents as fixed (a million, says the page).
What that page does not print is the multiple, for which it sends the reader to the "terms", and we would open them before admiring the percentage, which measures the gift and not the effort. The figure in force at Spin Casino is the one in its own terms, with the days allowed to complete it; forty times, the multiple Jackpot City publishes, serves here as a hypothesis.
Under forty times, a player who deposits $400 and is credited $400 owes $16,000 of bets (forty times four hundred) if the multiple counts the bonus alone, and $32,000 if it counts deposit and bonus together, twice the road to the same "headline"! A player who deposits $100 and takes $100 owes $4,000 on the first base and $8,000 on the second, and the spins' dollar shortens neither road.
The seventy spins and the ten daily ones obey the same rule: their winnings land as bonus funds with a wagering attached and, nearly always, a "max cashout" (the most that can ever be withdrawn from them). Two clauses more deserve a look: the "max bet" allowed per spin while a bonus is open, and the "contribution" table, where a dollar on a slot counts in full and one at the tables for a fraction (the free spins page has examples).
Six hundred games, a live floor and the tournaments
The catalogue is Games Global's, which bought Microgaming's games business between 2021 and 2022 (the story is in our Microgaming becoming Apricot article), with the studios publishing through it. The operator counts more than six hundred titles, which sets the house between the four hundred of Gaming Club and the thousands of the newer casinos. A "live dealer" floor with roulette, blackjack and baccarat completes it.
A player finds there the slots of the stable, old and new (Immortal Romance, Thunderstruck II, the Mega Mustang of the offer), and the "progressive" family of Mega Moolah and its relatives, whose running totals tick in the "lobby". Blackjack, roulette and baccarat come in several variants, beside video poker and video bingo, and the house's speciality is the slot "tournament", in which a field of players competes on one game for a prize pool.
Most titles open in "practice" mode once the account exists, the mode we used, and each game's panel prints its "RTP" (what the game gives back in theory), worth reading before bonus money goes on the reels, because a slot that pays seldom and large can go through forty times the bonus without paying once!
Cards, wallets, Interac and no crypto
The "cashier" takes Visa and Mastercard, the "wallets" Skrill and Neteller, Interac (Canada's own bank transfer) and the bank transfer, all both ways, and paysafecard for deposits only, in US dollars, Canadian dollars and euro. The version served here adds Apple Pay and the prepaid vouchers (Flexepin, Neosurf), because the list changes with the country.

- SkrillDepositWithdrawal

Cryptocurrency is absent, which the operator does not hide and which matters to a minority. The ceilings per withdrawal, the fees where any exist and the processing times stand in the "banking" page, to be read before the first deposit rather than after the first win; no money of ours went through this cashier, so none is reported as measured.
Our advice is the one that applies at every licensed house. Upload an identity document and a proof of your address when the account is opened, because the "KYC" check (the identity verification that precedes any payment) otherwise lands on the first withdrawal and adds days to it, and withdraw by the method that made the deposit, to which the operator returns the money anyway.
A house rebuilt for the telephone
The redesign of 2019 shows most here: Spin Casino opens in the browser of any phone or tablet, with no "app" to fetch from a store, in what the trade calls "instant play", so that slots, live tables, cashier and support travel with the same account. Not every title of the early years crossed to small screens, so a player fond of one classic should look for it on the phone before depositing.
Chat, e-mail and, after them, the regulator
Support, as the operator publishes it, runs round the clock ("24/7") on "live chat" and e-mail; the description is the operator's, since nobody here wrote to it. A complaint the chat leaves unsettled goes up the path set out above, under whichever licence covers the player, with the file in order (dates, agents' names, transcripts of the chats), because a regulator reads papers and not memories.
Four stars for Spin Casino, and the one held back
Our four stars out of five rest on the licences, on a quarter of a century under two names (Spin Palace, then Spin Casino) and on what public sources say, not on any "real-money" test, which we did not make. Demo play, the terms read in full, the footer's licence looked up: that is the whole method. One star is held back, for the reasons below.
In its favour stand Malta's licence (the first rank) next to Kahnawake's (the historical one), a listed company behind the brand and twenty-five years of trading under two names. Add a cashier with no surprises in it and the cheapest ticket that a curious player can buy, one dollar, to see the house before risking more.
Against it stand an offer that is not served everywhere, a multiple to be dug out of the terms, no "crypto" for whoever wants it, and two company names in the footer (Bayton, Baytree), which cost a minute of attention. None of the four touches the honesty of the house, which is why one star is withheld and not two.
A reader in Canada, where most of the brand's history was made and where our Canada page sets out the terms of comparison, has in Spin Casino, to our mind, a sound pick within this stable; a reader anywhere else should read the markets box above first.
The About page explains the method (demo play, terms read, licences looked up), why we never describe a deposit or a withdrawal we did not make, how the affiliate commission reaches us, and why every reader sees one and the same page. Play is for adults (18+) and should remain a pastime; when it no longer is one, the time has come for a break.
Frequently asked questions
Yes: Spin Palace, a casino of 2001 according to the operator, took the name Spin Casino in 2019, when its sites were rebuilt for the telephone, and the house behind it (the stable of Jackpot City and Gaming Club, today in Super Group) did not change.
Seventy "free spins" on the slot Mega Mustang for a first deposit of $1, followed by the casino's ordinary welcome bonus of up to $1,000 (October 2026); the winnings from the spins are bonus money with the published wagering attached, and the terms on the operator's page prevail.
The page declares the Malta Gaming Authority and the Kahnawake Gaming Commission, but the company and the licence that cover a given player depend on the country from which he or she connects and are printed in the footer of the site (from where we write, Baytree Interactive Ltd under Kahnawake licence 01059), which is where to start a check on the register.
No, the cashier accepts cards, the electronic wallets Skrill and Neteller, Interac, paysafecard for deposits and bank transfers. The casinos that accept Bitcoin are listed on our crypto casinos page, with the warnings that an offshore licence deserves.
