Online casinos in Arabic: the operators with an Arabic lobby, and what the law says
Arabic is spoken by some four hundred million people, and a number of online casinos have translated their "lobby" (the catalogue of games), their "cashier" and sometimes their support into it. That is what this page lists: operators that offer an Arabic interface, with their welcome offers as published at our last check. It is a page about a language, not about a region, and the difference matters more here than anywhere else on this site.
In most of the countries where Arabic is an official language, gambling is forbidden by law, and none of the operators below holds a licence from any of them. This site does not recognise the country from which you connect, shows the same cards to everyone and gives no legal advice; what the page can do is explain what an Arabic lobby actually offers, how to read the bonuses on the cards and which licences stand behind the names.
Online casinos with an Arabic interface: the list for 2026
Ad disclosure: some casino links are affiliate links; we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. It never affects our ratings. 18+.
Markets: the operators listed on our pages address the international, non-regulated market and do not hold a licence in every country from which our readers arrive: before registering, it is the player's responsibility to check that the law of the country in which he or she is located allows playing with that operator.
Where the law stands, said plainly
The prohibition has religious roots, since Islam forbids "maysir" (games of chance), and it has been written into the criminal law of most Arab states, from the Gulf to North Africa, with penalties that fall on the player as well as on the organiser. A few countries admit land casinos that are reserved to foreigners or tourists, and the United Arab Emirates created a federal gaming regulator in 2023 (the General Commercial Gaming Regulatory Authority) for a licensed market of its own. No country of the region licenses the operators on this page.
The Arabic interface is therefore offered by the operators to Arabic speakers wherever they are: in Europe and North America (where millions live under laws that allow play with a licensed house) and in the few places where play is tolerated. Whether that includes the place where you are located is a question for the law of that place, as the markets box says, and we would not pretend to answer it from here. A player who connects from a country where gambling is a crime takes a risk that no bonus repays.
What an Arabic lobby actually offers
An "Arabic version" of a casino is, at its simplest, the same site with the menus, the registration form and the "cashier" translated, so that the text runs from right to left. The games themselves stay in English, because the studios that make them (Games Global, Pragmatic Play, Evolution and the others) translate only some titles; a few studios run "live" tables with Arabic-speaking dealers, and a few houses offer support in Arabic at stated hours, which the "contact" page says.
The currency of the account is usually the dollar or the euro, since local currencies are rarely offered, and a card issued in a local currency pays the bank's conversion fee on every deposit, which no bonus compensates, as our page on minimum deposit casinos explains. The cashier of an Arabic lobby lists the same methods as the English one (cards, "e-wallets", sometimes cryptocurrencies), and the "KYC" check (the identity verification before the first withdrawal) is the same as everywhere. The translation changes the words, not the terms.
The bonuses on the cards, with a hypothetical player
The cards show the operators' published offers, in the currency in which each house prints them: fifty "free spins" and a "match" (the percentage added to the deposit) at Jackpot City, one hundred and fifty spins at Slotimo, eighty "chances" for a first deposit at Zodiac, a match of two hundred per cent at Emirbet and Spinjo. The "wagering" (the volume of bets required before a withdrawal) decides their value, and it is written in the terms, which the card does not show.
A player who deposits $100 and receives $100 of bonus, under thirty-five times on the bonus alone, must place $3,500 in bets (thirty-five times one hundred), and under two hundred per cent, with $200 of bonus and the same multiple, $7,000!
The winnings of free spins carry a multiple of their own and, often, a "max cashout" (a ceiling on what can be withdrawn), which our page on free spins describes. The "max bet" and the "contribution" table are explained on our page on welcome bonuses.
The licences behind the names
The licence is the first thing we read, on the regulator's "register" where one exists, and the names on this page fall into two groups. 888 Casino declares Gibraltar and Malta (as our 888 Casino review records), Jackpot City and Spin Casino declare the Malta Gaming Authority and Kahnawake, All Slots declares Malta, Lucky Days declares Malta and Ontario, and Casino Kingdom and Zodiac (two Casino Rewards houses) declare Malta and Kahnawake. These are licences of the "first rank", and the reviews on this site carry ratings between 3.5 and 4.5 for them.
Legend Play and Festival Play (two names of the same stable), Slotimo, Spinjo, Emirbet, Cazimbo, Gomblingo and Zodiac Bet operate under licences of the Curaçao class, or under none that we could find on a public register, and Mega Casino showed no licence in the footer that answered us (October 2026). They are "offshore" houses with a thin complaints path. Our rating for them stays between 2.5 and 3.5, whatever the number of spins on the card!
A licence from Curaçao certifies that a company exists and has paid for a permit; it does not give the player a regulator bound to answer a complaint, a rule that keeps player funds apart from the company's or a public register of sanctions. Real money belongs, in our view, to the houses with a first-rank licence named in our guide to legit online casinos, and the Arabic interface changes nothing in that judgement.
How we choose the operators on this list, and its honest limits
The filters are those of every list on this site: the licence read on the register, the terms read offer by offer, and the trial in "demo" mode (free play, without depositing), in which the lobbies were opened with virtual credits and the language switched where the switch exists. No deposit, withdrawal or message to support was made in Arabic or in any other language, and the quality of the translation and of the support is reported as the operators describe it, because we have not tested it.
Two casinos on this site were played with real money, Jackpot City and Casino Classic, by our collaborators from two Canadian markets before 2025, in English. This list is not checked every week; a card is an offer published at a given date, the offer shown to you may differ from the card (the operators publish different offers for different markets), and where a card disagrees with the operator's page, the operator's page is right.
Frequently asked questions
In most of them it is forbidden by law, for the player as well as for the operator, and none of the casinos on this page holds a licence from any country of the region. The law of the place where you are located decides, and we give no legal advice.
No. The site shows the same pages and the same cards to every reader, whatever the country of connection, which is why the markets box stands beside the offers and why the offer shown to you by the operator may differ from the one on the card.
The menus, the registration form and the cashier are translated, while the games stay in English for the most part, since the studios translate only some titles. A few houses offer support in Arabic at stated hours and a few studios run live tables with Arabic-speaking dealers, which each operator's own pages say.
Rarely: the account is usually kept in dollars or euros, and a card issued in another currency pays the bank's "conversion fee" on every deposit and every withdrawal, which the "banking" page of the casino does not show (because it is charged by the bank, not by the house).
Only Jackpot City, played by our collaborators from two Canadian markets before 2025 (with Casino Classic, which is not on this page). Every other casino here was tried in demo mode, which shows the lobby and the translation but says nothing about how a house pays.
A casino in Arabic is a casino whose words you can read, and nothing more: the licence, the wagering and the law of the place where you are located are what they are in any language. 18+, and it is the player's responsibility to check that playing with these operators is allowed where he or she is located.
